There may be regional variations, but they should recognize this:

om (tom without the 't')
buds (like the beer)
man

Put a slight emphasis on the second syllable.

om.BUDS.man

I see that #58 answere (I was out)...most large organizations have an ombudsman, who's job is to "look out for the customers", etc.
