"My take on Plan B is that it is a great way to reduce abortions in this country and should be approved asap."

As an over-the-counter drug for underage females? Not in my book. That's all the liberals want to settle for in this case. They don't want a doctor involved and they don't want this to be a presciption med.

And it also depends upon what you understand a "pregnancy" as being. If a girl is pregnant, and this drug prohibits the fertilized egg from implanting itself, how is that any different than a self-induced abortion? It's different from the pill, which stops you from ovulating in the first place.

Slippery slope and all that. Just more Culture of Death, IMHO.

And if it's not a "baby", then the woman ain't "pregnant". The pro-aborts change the meaning of words several times a day, though.

Doyle is a disgrace and the Catholic bishop up there should excommunicate him - yesterday.

Then put it behind the counter and ask to see an ID. There aren't any safety concerns associated with Plan B, and it doesn't cause abortions, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

And do you want condoms behind the counter too? Why not at least be consistent?

Pls define "self-induced abortion"..., I've never heard of that before.

Plan B IS the pill...only in super dosage form. Look at the data.

I'm not trying to be contrary or hostile here... IMHO Plan B could really help us get to our goal of reducing the number of true fetal abortions performed in this country by reducing the number of so-called "unwanted" pregnancies. Think it thru...it's not necessarily a "good" thing...but it's much better then the alternatives.
