Yes, I am guessing high so that my budget won't get a shock. I moved two years ago. Of course, two years ago everybody wanted gas to save on electricity. Nearly every new neighborhood in my region, and probably everywhere else in the country, is plumbed for gas.
I am no economist, but I know the fundamentals of S & D. This year makes me wish I had my Heat Pump back.
