This "civil war" talking point will come and go like the rest. They are flailing, and losing more credibility with each failed talking point.

The "civil war" the Left is hoping for is really pretty minimal, typically isolated car and suicide bombings. More and more, iraqi citizens who want to get on with their lives are turning the perps in. After the government is completyed and the Iraqi police and military take full responsibility for security, the "insurgency" will die off.

The idea-less Dims know this full well, which is reason for their tantrums of the past month. They fear losing badly in 2006 -- witjh good reason.
