I suspect it will always be 'business as usaul' till a WMD goes off in ... oh let's say Brownsville, TX.

The Administration, be it labeled "D" or "R", will say it was homegrown. But when another similar one goes off in Saltillo or Monte-rares Mexico .... then we'll have secure borders.
