There're at least two conditions I'd want met before I ever executed anybody any more: One that the guy be guilty beyond any doubt whatsoever, and two that he represent a continuing threat to public safety should he ever get loose. Good examples of guys who meet both conditions would be Manson, Denis Rader, and the two D.C. area snipers Mohammed and Malvo.
