I signed that when it first came out but doesn't an official recall require a handwritten signature? Rita got in the way of the momentum when the recall was first starting.

Instructions:
1. Complete all fields in the form on the left to receive a copy of the recall petition via USPS.
2. Only voters registered in the state of Louisiana may sign the petition. If you are a Louisiana resident but not a registered voter, please indicate so in the appropriate field. Information on how to register to vote before you sign the petition will be sent to you.
2. Follow all instructions in the petition package you receive carefully.
3. The forms you receive will contain areas for more than one voter to sign. If you know of other family members, friends, or coworkers who wish to sign the petition, use these spaces for their signatures.
3. When completed, the petition form must be notarized.
4. Return the completed, notarized form to us in the postage paid envelope we provide.
