One other thing: We are not in Iraq for the purpose of building democracy and heating their shacks. We are there to fight terrorists and to make amends to the Iraqi people, we are trying to give them a chance to change their destinies. If they fail to grasp freedom, liberals will claim we "lost the war" as if the central purpose of the war was to establish freedom in Iraq. The central purpose is to kill, capture and gain intellegence on the jihadis stationed around the world - but especially in the US and Europe.

If thats the central purpose, an invasion of the U.S. east coast and Europe would have been more fruitful. The brains and the sponsors of Islamic fundamentalism wouldn't put themselves in a position where they need to dodge bullets or become martyrs.
