No, I kind of prefer when they don't do anything. That way they can't pass any more spending bills or taxes.
The Constitution should be amended so that all federal laws contain a sunset of not later than twenty years from enactment. That way, the mess cleans itself up automatically, and Congress is kept to busy renewing the laws (if any) that are worth keeping to get itself into new mischief.
