I don't know where UF ranks, but being a former Gator (they're rare in these parts what with 2' of snow on the ground) I credit UF (and this was in the 80s) with making me aware of what the PC Police do not include in their list of don'ts:

White Trash

When NPR becomes so politically correct that you stop hearing about white trash, all bets are off.

I might add that as long as the expression third world is used with impunity by the mediots, their staring google-eyed, out of one side of their face, and calling our president's policy "nation-building" sounds like envy on their part--whereas they prefer colonialism, our commander-in-chief is trying to set people free.
