A couple of the 9/11 skyjackers used their library accounts to purchase their airline tickets.

Now we just can't be snooping into libaries.......might find something that would protect our country at a time of war.

I agree. The library provision was intended to get access to library internet connections - public and free, hard to trace users.

So why add the provision about "books?" Libraries have jihadist materials???
