Waco ain't a "homeless" lind of town. Anyone sleeping in a box on 8th street would attrack lots of attention.
You think this is bad! A few years ago an elderly man was found in a locked trunk in Providence, RI. The only thing the police said was that "It did not appear to be foul play". Do you think there was a follow up article, or some reporter that investigated? No. Not another word about the poor guy. I hate it when these types of stories disappear after a poorly reported story.
