The worst nightmare of the eastern establishment is a successful conclusion to our overthrow of the Saddam regime. That, unfortunately includes some members of his father's administration. It would prove not only the fecklessness of the Clinton's administration but that of "realists" such as Powell and Scowcroft who resisted the overthrow in 1991.

When fighting for human rights and freedom is a mistake that's when I know the world has gone crazy.

Was Rosa parks actions a mistake? Was ending slavery a mistake? Was taking down Al Capone and the KKK a mistake? The only mistake that was made was accepting these dictatorial regimes as long as we did. They have way too much power over the media, our so called friendly allies, and most importantly average people subject to their cruelty.

I know this makes liberal whiners queasy but, now we have to get rid of that nut-job in Syria and the crack pot in Iran. Also, there are many corrupt dictators in Africa. We might have a better time there because it's more PC helping out black people. Heck, we might even get lucky and find one of those countries is being led by white Dictators...that way the whole world would help out....wait a minute. That already happened in South Africa.
