I maintain hope, I see that we have come a long way in the last few years, the last election was a strong indicator that a majority of Americans believe the Iraq war was the right thing to do given what we knew then. Bush has not backed down on any front, my only real complaint is the lack of border security, but that is more the fault of the state and federal elected body than it is the President. Personally I think we need to purge the Senate every few years, we have too many lifers in there.
