I only have one question; Where would we find these experts, certainly not the state department. Mr. Powell you had the assignment by virtue of your appointment to clean that department up and bring it in to line with the goals of the administration you served. Mr. Powell you failed, therefore you are not credible and your continued diatribe against this administration is ample proof for all the world to see of just what kind of a person you are; an opportunist and a political hack.
