Can we make it restaurants too?

How about the grocery store and the mall. Rude people on their cellphones all the time bumping into me or rudely walking in front of me without excusing themselves, because they are busy talking on their cellphones.

People can't remove themselves from their own little worlds long enough to see the rest of the world around them. I hate my cellphone, My company requires me to carry it, but I really despise being bothered all those times I used to have to myself, like going to the bathroom, running an errand, and, oh yeah, after hours time which used to be my time exclusively in the past.
