The Honor should go to the Navy. It was a Navy man that this pig dog killed. In fact the Navy named a Destroyer after Robert Dean Stethem. I say we station the USS Stethem (DDG 63) off the coast of a Lebanon, possibly with a SEAL team embarked. She's got a helicopter pad to provide a landing spot for one possible mode of transportation. OTOH, she's also equipped with Tomahawk cruise missiles. Or maybe just a smart bomb from a USN F/A-18 Hornet. Let the aforementioned pig dog worry about just which US Navy assets are coming for his ASSets.
