I thought this investigation forbade Republicans from subpoena authority so they would not be able to introduce the democrat roots of the project.

Why is the panel bipartisan? Why are Republicans, throught their participation, giving credence to a democrat witch hunt?

One thing is for sure. In the tragic event Governor Ehrlich is defeated for reelection, any conservatives holding state positions will get fired the day after his successor's inaugural.
