That should be "The People" (note the caps) referring the The People of the United States, as in citizens, as in citizens who have represenatives in congress. Now pray tell, who are the representatives of Al Quaeda?
Fine.
Now pray tell, who are the representatives of Al Quaeda?
The MSM, International ANSWER, um... the French grubbamint, the ChiComs, the Iranian giveamint, um... Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi, George Soros, Jay Rockefeller, um...
What the hell is your point?
That the 4th Amendment refers to the rights of The People of the United States. It does not confer those rights onto terrorists and therefore a reference to the 4th amendment in this situation is null and void.
All the government has to do is label someone a "potential terrorist" and their rights are void? That is the most extended and contorted piece of "logic" I have ever seen. You belong in Soviet Russia.
