if you're that worried, a tire iron, a knife, a rock, or even your boot heel will do it much more quickly and humanely than running it over.Lot's of folks don't have the guts to do that.

That's why people should carry guns. One shot in the head would have been more humane and much quicker than 11 times with a car.
