Prime Leak Suspects: Robertson and Rockefeller
Rush Limbaugh ^

Posted on 12/22/2005 4:46:17 PM PST by Blue Turtle

But now that Judge Robertson has in a puff of conscience resigned from the FISA court, there is speculation out there that Robertson and Rockefeller are leakers and Robertson resigned because he was going to be forced out as having leaked and instead he forces himself out. He resigns and takes this moral high ground, "I will not sit here and preside over a court that violates the law in such a way" when in fact he may be dirty. This has been speculated in a number of places, nothing official, just wanted to pass this on, but for all this talk about the valorous Jay Rockefeller who couldn't say a word, somehow his name and his reservations end up in the New York Times on Friday, as well as a judge presiding over a secret court that oversees intelligence matters. Could it be that Judge Robertson resigned and retired from this court because he leaked information to the press regarding the NSA process? Could it be? It's possible, anything is possible in this.

Innocent until proven guilty for the judge. But the verdict is already out for the Jay bird, based on his warnings to Iraq, Syria, Jordan etc., we would invade Iraq in 2003. Jay bird must be imprisoned for a long time, regardless of his alleged NAS leaks or not.

Rockefellers, like the Kennedys and Duponts, protect their own.

I think we if knew the reason for his "quitting" we would be more certain.

I am thinking he lost his Security Clearance. I think Valerie Plame lost her clearance and this forced her retirement.

I am waiting for Rockefeller to step down - loss of Clearance.

As the Attorney General has said, holding a Security Clearance is a special honor and not to be taken lightly.

It is certainly not a priviledge for any elected offical, excepting the President. And the President must also abide by the terms unless by Executive Authority he does otherwise.
Cite President Kennedy releasing Top Secret Photos of Cuba. It was unprecented and done with courage because he could have been impeached, technically.

Arrest Rockefeller and put him in with Leroy or Bubba and he will "roll over" in no time.

The leakers MUST be put away for a long time. This is HIGH TREASON and just because these pukes are of the "protected Washington class" they should not have immunity from the highest of crimes against this country.

Hell, they got money all over the world. They can live anywhere and buy most governments. Nobles oblige, you know.

It's time to start calling traitors traitors. They're starting to breed.

I hope the person appointed as Special Prosecutor is someone who will actually catch and prosecute the guilty party.

Back during the Senate intelligence hearings when they were Wilson's trip, the subject of the forged Niger memos came up. He asked everyone not to discuss them due to an FBI investigation into the matter. Well the investigation went "away" until a couple months ago.

He was able to suppress it, keeping on the script of his strategy memo. He crossed the line this time!

Not if they where de-classified prior to being made public.
At any rate, Jay bird will get away with it. The DoJ is not going to try him if it is found he is the leaker. As for the judge if an accomplace, he walks because Jay walks free. One must keep up their standards in the Beltway to protect all those in positions of power.
