You are right that Blacks murder mostly blacks and whites mostly whites, etc. However, at the time the article came out the problem was Liberals were race baiting on a constant basis everytime a white guy murdered a black guy. They also were race baiting that whites had no say in crime enforcement because most of the perps and victims were Black. Only white racists called for locking up criminals.
It came out that Black men murder whites at a much higher rate than vice versa and much more than was realized before the statistics were published. What was most shocking was the cumulative numbers over a three decade period. Blacks had killed as many whites as Americans who died in the Viet Nam war. Which goes to show also the large number of Blacks killed by Blacks. Find the article. The author is named in a post after mine.
At any rate, the point was stop them from killing NOW. Find the killers, prosecute them and lock 'em and throw away the key. Enough innocent people have died in the name left wing racial doctrines of rehab and Black victimhood. The rest is history; we changed the nature of law enforcement to punish the bad guys - regardless of color - and protect the citizens they prey upon. We took the power away from liberal judges and parole boards who were releasing murderers out on the streets by confining them to sentencing guidlines. We re-instated the death penality.
Yup, they're animals.
