I understand the sentiment they are trying to communicate; however forebears by definition means to be descended from. Gays and Lesbians do not create descendants from their unions (until this latest generation with the help of science that is).

Seems like all the old pagan religions continue to be on the upswing, including my old favorite heresy, mohammedanism.
