All he is is noisy. Nobody in the UN will agree that they need reforming, so nobody will listen to his plans. Nobody in the UN believes that Bolton is actually interested in helping the organization so they're not going to work with him. Congress controls the budget and they'll never cut off UN funding. So in the end what will he accomplish? He makes good headlines but a year from now when his term is up, unless he's recess appointed again, the UN will be no different than when he first walked in the door.

I have no doubts he is the right man for the job and I have no doubts that if the dems idiots in the senate dont approve him he will be re appointed. By Mr. Bush.
