Such searches, it said, shall not be undertaken against a United States person without a judicial warrant, unless the President has authorized the type of activity involved and the Attorney General has both approved the particular activity and determined that there is probable cause to believe that the United States person is an agent of a foreign power.'
Thanks for the reply, I've been telling my friends for weeks that Bush isn't the first to spy without a warrant. Don't get me wrong, I don't condone the action but I don't think Bush is setting a precedence... This stuff has been going on for a long time and the fact that the media has suddenly decided it important enough to report speaks volumes of the bias they claim they don't have.
