Merry Christmas all. I posted a story about flying George Bush Senior the other day and got plenty of great comments. I just wanted to update folks that were interested. We received a thank-you note from the Secret Service basically telling how great a job we did supporting the mission. Here it is:
Major Kennedy
Thanks for the pic. Ill put it up in my "man" room with the other hooah pics I have. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the support. You guys were fantastic! The US military never disappoints and never ceases to amaze me. If you want something done right, call the Army!
It gives me a great sense of pride to be an American having such fine people serving our country. I told my wife when I got home that we would always prevail when it comes to force of arms because with such superior people working in our Armed Forces, how can anyone hope to defeat us. Thanks to you and the guys for all you do for all of us. Stay safe and God speed. Merry Christmas.

What can I say? The Secret Service is a class organization. This guy nailed it on the head folks...Makes Christmas in the desert a little easier to deal with.
Stay strong on the homefront. The world is a dangerous place, and the bottom line is some people need killin'. As I said before "Wear all the Armor of God."

Thank you for your service, we can never repay!
Merry Christmas and Happy Peaceful New Year
Thank you for your post....what honor to serve this man and thank you for service to our country!!!!....Prayers everyday for those that serve
Congratulations on a job well done.
Great post, great letter! Thanks for sharing that!
My son missed the birth of his son because he was with a Patriot Missle group when we went into Iraq--he said he was fine until his wife called and he could hear his newborn son crying in the background.
I am very grateful to God that my son is not now in harm's way--but he sure was in 1996 when the terrorists attacked Khobar Towers: he was stationed there with the Air Force and had the windows of his room blown in. Fortunately, he was in the shower at the time. Last time I could tease him about being a clean freak!
Needless to say, I take this war on terror a little personally. So-- I want you to know how grateful to you I am for helping our nation fight--and WIN-- it.
God bless you and Merry CHRISTmas!
