Not surprising.......I think we are seeing a new "Axis of Evil": China-Russia-Pakistan-Iran-other assorted Islamofascists. Interestingly, the ChiComs have been developing roads, building infrastructure, and generally buying influence in Africa. I think this last step is designed to increase Chinese influence in the UN and create puppet states in the process.
The ChiComs as simply carrying on with Mao's plans for world domination.
If one could saddle the Chinese with all these basket cases as clients, the WW #V against them will be won at that very moment.
Russia/Fmr USSR has also been buying influence in Africa and Latin America, with their Chinese allies.
