Looking at the Democrat field from today's perspective, does it appear that Feingold is the one who might pose the biggest problem for Hillary? I haven't been following him too closely, but my impression is that he appeals to the moonbat far left, but could also lay a credible claim to being a mainstream leftist...

Finegold is 5'9", Jewish and has been divorced twice.

He wins here in WI due mainly to name recognition and weak GOP opponents, IMO. I can testify that he ignores constituents who aren't already fawning and supportive of his positions. His appearances tend to be only in dominant donk areas. Within D voting counties, he will limit himself to the towns with the Green/far leftwing populace.

Personally, while he MIGHT be able to win the nomination, I doubt he can win the General. If McCain tries a 3rd party run, I could see McCain/Finegold attempting a *unity ticket*. While I know some moderately wealthy Dems here who will be supporting Finegold, I am not sure just how much money they are willing to throw away on him. The supporters I am aware of are mostly virulently anti-Bush.

JMHO.
