Too bad the article says the state still won't be able to earn a congressional seat. It'd be pretty safe for us.We still have about five years to go and with the depopulation in Louisiana, that may help Idaho to get an additional seat. Plus, many states in the liberal New England region are in decline now.

Unfortunately some projections I saw indicate that Idaho will not get the 3rd house seat in 2010, 2020 or even 2030!
