Should bars, especially ones that cater to college students do the same? After all, what % of college hookups happened drunk at a bar?

Ban cigarettes and shut down McDonalds, too. Better quit driving those smog producing vehicles, too. The social and medical costs argument is a favorite among leftists attempting to remove our freedoms from us.

I couldn't imagine going to a swing club in anything but a HAZMAT suit, but if that's someone else's cup of tea it's none of my business.

Stop all potentially dangerous activities now because the cost of the injuries will be borne by society as a whole. Bye bye football, basketball, skydiving, boxing, racing, etc.
