Chineses illegal may end up in prison.

MÉXICO, D.F. (Agencia Reforma)

Cheng Xueying, an illegal chinese woman who gave birth in an IMSS (Mexican Social Security) hospital, may go to prison.

Sources within the National Migration Institute (INM) at the Mexico City airport, explained that the woman may face charges for using altered documents.

Sources at the PGR (federal attorney general's office) explained that a formal accusation before the PGR can be filed because of the attempt at fraud. If the accusation is presented, the woman can be booked and processed.

Sources added that the newborn girl is also considered an illegal (even though she was born in Mexican territory) because her mother did not enter the country properly.

According to the information given, the situation is being analyzed in conjuction with personnel from the Chinese embassy in Mexico City in order to convince the woman to leave the country.

When she entered Mexico on the 24th of December, Xueying presented to immigration officials a passport and and an FM3 immigration form which permitted her to enter the country for business reasons.

It's quite amazing how Mexico and some of our politicians see no problem with Mexico having restrictive laws on immigration and expect us to keep the door wide open and protect illegals "rights". It's beyond ubsurd. Mexico does not allow anyone from another country to protest their government on their soil. The Latino activists seem to forget that one as well.

Here's another one on the loose in the USA.

Rape suspect sought
Friday, December 23, 2005
New Port Richey police are looking for 41-year-old Emmanuel Hernandez.

They say he's an illegal alien who raped a mentally impaired woman numerous times over three months. Detectives say Hernandez forced himself on the 25-year-old victim, who has the mental capacity of a 12-year-old.

The victim was living at Hernandez's family home, which doubles as an assisted living facility. Authorities believe Hernandez is from the Phillippines, but may have taken off to Texas or California.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Det. Randy Murphy at (727) 816-1130, ext. 131.

She would have been an undocumented Chinese woman if she'd come to the United States, but, since she landed in Mexico, the Mexican press considers her an illegal.

You can bet your neck that Mexico will bill her for her stay in the hospital during childbirth.

Not that the Latino activists have ever tried protesting against the Mexican government. Only the American government and the American people can abuse the human rights of illegals. The Mexican government is involved in the immigrant smuggling rings that rape, abandon, kill and defraud immigrants on a regular basis, but there's absolute silence from all the migrants' rights groups. But let the Border Patrol or a Minuteman even look at an illegal through binoculars, and suddenly there's an imminent and grave peril that throws these groups into a frenzy.

This Story is a story about Mexican Immigration Laws and procedures. So...

Sources added that the newborn girl is also considered an illegal (even though she was born in Mexican territory) because her mother did not enter the country properly.

Mexicans consider this a perfectly reasonable statement to make about Mexican sovereignty but still argue with a straight face that the U.S. of A. is racist for applying pretty much the same concepts?

What's wrong with this picture?

I completely agree.

I've viewed the interviews with Mexican consol(s) and they say our laws must change to reflect reality.

Sad thing, the reality in Mexico will never be such that many foreigners will want to enter there as they do here in the USA. They are so corrupt and backward that they give India good competition.

Two friends of mine that are not too bright and belong to the Masses have arranged weddings in Mexico. I didn't attend the first and will not attend the second.

To ALL:

Please bad mouth Mexico as this seems to be the only defense we have...

Word of Mouth advertisement is great.. but Bad Word of Mouth advertisement is only option in this case.

To not do so and to travel there puts you in risk of being kidnapped and possibly raped. And rest assured that if you go there and get raped, your story will not appear in the MSM. (double rape)

: ) ** smiling but serious. ** all joking aside

IIRC, in '68, the Mex gov't shot and killed protesters at Mexico City before the Olympic games started.

True, and there's no shortage of protest by Mexicans against the Mexican government in Mexico. Mexico City is notorious for having marches and demonstrations that make the traffic even more chaotic than usual.

However, the self-anointed Latino leaders and migrants rights groups here in the United States, who should be infuriated first and foremost with the Mexican government, save all their venom for the Minutemen, Schwarzenegger, and the Republicans in Congress, who might enact or carry out measures which might adversely affect the illegal immigrant population. Meanwhile, actual serious criminal acts committed against illegals in Mexico, under the Mexican government's watch (and at times with the complicity or active participation of government officials) go completely unnoticed by these groups.
