I'm sorry but I feel the same about cows in suburbia as I do cats in suburbia. You have a right to keep them. Keep them in your house. We will all be happy with the results!

OKAY, feel free to flame away but a cat in a house and with no access to the outdoors is perverted. And cats are necessary to the local fauna. Preditors keep a prey species strong. We feed birds, have lots of what we refer to as popcorn bunnies in the spring and trees full of squirrels. Our cat catches maybe an occasional vole or field mouse, bird or bunny, squirrel, maybe five times a year... okay, maybe more but he doesn't always bring them home. Anyway, we have no lack of fauna and two of our cats have been carried off by, probably, owls. I was sad but then realized that the cat's last thought was, "Wow, I can fly!!!"
