Huh. Hey - there's a 20 year warranty on it I hear. And if you can't get a new one, just turn around and sleep the other way !! :-)
There may be a 20 year warranty on the new ones, I don't know, but ours had a 5 year warranty, and I called them just before our five years were up. They replaced the first leaky chamber for free, but not the current one. Actually, I should call them about the sagging head end.
