Still, despite her discomfort over President Bush's victory talk, Albright insisted that she and other Democrats really do want the U.S. to prevail in Iraq.

You can tell a lot about an executive by his appointments.

Without a doubt, Bill Clinton is the poster boy for "girly men"!

His Cabinet resembled a circus sideshow........with little or no competence or intelligence.

victory.... 1. The overcoming of an enemy or antagonist. 2. Achievement of mastery or success in a struggle or endeavor against odds or difficulties. As per Webster's. And the left has a problem with this word during war? They can never lead this country again!!!

Still, she credited her party with forcing a debate over the question of how President Bush managed to take the country to war without "really having a very good discussion of it."

Tell Not-So-Bright that the president has the authority to take us to war without discussing it all.

The RATs do not want any victory. They have shown that they are such power seeking opportunists that personal power trumps the good of the nation. Like all RAT-speak, it is a pack of lies.

The former top Clinton diplomat suggested that Dr. Rice may be in over her head...

Someone should play Albright's 'deer in the headlights' look during her Ohio Townhall Meeting -- justifying Clinton's Bosnia policy -- on a continuous video loop. She defined "in over her head" in her role as SoS for Clinton.

It must be especially bitter for Albright that her father's former student has lapped her a few times on the achievement scale.

Dean: US Won't Win in Iraq

What The Media Ignored From Howard Dean [Wants Half Of Troops Brought Home Now, War "unwinnable"]

Hoisting a white flag: Dean, Pelosi signal surrender

THE DEMOCRATIC Party's national leadership has plumbed a record depth in its search to score points against the Republicans. In the past week and a half, both House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean have called for the United States to surrender in Iraq. Not since George McGovern in 1972 has one party called for the United States military to surrender to an enemy during wartime.

Madeline Albright is allegedly descended from refugees from WW II. Both personally and professionally (after all, this elderly gasbag WAS our Secretary of State) she ought to understand the idea that wars must end in victory.

Has she forgotten Winston Churchill with two fingers raised in a V for victory? Has she forgotten the four opening notes of Beethoven's Fifth Symphony, which is also the Morse Code for V for victory? Has she forgotten V-E Day? And V-J Day?

Or is she just a hard-wired Democrat shill who will lie through her ugly mouth whatever codswallop the "leading" Democrats are foisting today about the War on Terror, to the (sometimes) unsuspecting public?

Don't answer that. It's a rhetorical question.

Madeleine Albright ...also took some pot shots at her successor, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, suggesting that her performance during a recent trip to Europe was a diplomatic embarrassment....

Madeleine Albright chasing after Abu Butt F***er was the gold standard in diplomatic embarrassment.

ARAFAT STORMS OUT WITH ALBRIGHT CHASING! PARIS (Reuters - October 4, 2000) - Palestinian President Yasser Arafat angrily stormed out of Middle East peace talks in Paris on Wednesday but was persuaded to return by Secretary of State Madeleine Albright running after him, witnesses said.

Madeleine Albright: Bush Talks 'Victory' Too Much

Since President Bush was elected there seems to have been a million MSM articles like this, where the MSM asks the Clinton administration for their comments on the Bush administration.

I remember few, if any, articles where the MSM asked the President GHW Bush (41) administration to comment on how the Clinton administration was doing?

No MSM bias though!

Madeleine Albright says she doesn't like the way President Bush "repeatedly" talks about achieving victory in the Iraq war.
Well, well, well. I guess there actually is something that the president of the United States can say that Maddie can find the gumption to object to. After the prior president told her to go out and spread the word that black was white and she found out it was a boldface lie for personal benefit and didn't resign, I really though she was sold out to presidents.

I guess she was just sold out to Democrats.

The White House has to combat the entire MSM reporting every individual death, "the war is going badly", "it is unwinnable", "we are not welcome", "Iraq is worse now than before we went in"...etc. Democrats are just angry that Bush isn't rolling over (any more) and letting them completely shape the public opinion.

The former top Clinton diplomat suggested that Dr. Rice may be in over her head, telling the DNC: "I think that you would have had to have been really asleep at the switch not to know what a very hard trip she had and one presumes that others in the White House read the newspapers and could see she had a very hard trip."

Sobering words from the master of "brooch diplomacy" who once chased Yassir Arafat through a parking garage while in her stocking feet, with the predictable level of usefulness.

It's been a tradition that former presidents never commented on their successors.

It was a sign of class.

Jimmy Carter kept quiet about Reagan...because he knew Reagan would kick his ass!!

Carter and Clinton are now showing how small they are.

Neither one could cope with the responsibility of being commander-in-chief!!

The Dim's just can't stand the prospect of someone, anyone, losing. And this stupidity runs the gamut from "outcome based" education to the "global village" swill. The cretins on the Left are always seeking the lowest common denominator; and every thing else, including national security, be damned.
