An Islamic Republic of Iraq would be unconstitutional under the current Iraqi constitution. So, the future depends on whether Iraq follows liberalism, which means Iraq ignores its constitution, or is more conservative.

Iraq will be acceptable if they don't advance terrorism. (That means any form of support, direct or indirect.)
If muslims wish to live in an islamic republic, let them be. They must remain peaceful.
If otherwise, whack 'em again until they understand.
One country at a time.
No, no, no! HE KNOWS what is going to happen, and how you feel! </sarcasm>
IMO President Bush's experiment in Iraq is worth the cost regardless of the outcome, because we will know definatively whether Arabs/Muslims are able to embrace democracy. If they go the way of the terrorist supporting theocratic state, then we will know to deal with them much more harshly next time they step over the line and kill Americans.
