I don't think we have Chico's in this area, at least I am not familiar with it.
Fairly high-end women's clothes, comparable in price to nicer stuff at Dillard's, Macy's, but better quality. They tend towards classic looks.
I mentioned Chico's since women's clothes tend to cost more than men's so quality is more important. My example of the blue jeans was just how I discovered how name brands sometimes DO matter.
And about the topic of this thread, I think Wally World not making same-store-sales goals is because with the economy and jobs recovering, people are moving back to higher-end stores.
