I'm very curious to see how the Liberals counterattack, given that the Conservatives have run a clean, savvy campaign so far and tried to inoculate themselves against the expected Liberal scare strategy with their latest TV ad.

One thing I expect to see a lot of, unfortunately, is noisy and possibly violent protests of Harper campaign appearances, especially in Ontario, by Liberals and other leftists who've whipped themselves into a frenzy of hatred. They are already trying to organize such things on www.nodice.ca

A Profile

I was born in New York City but was raised in Oakville, Ontario, I attended Thomas A. Blakelock High School in Oakville, Ontario and graduated in 2005. I am currently enrolled in Sheridan College for General Arts and Sciences, I plan after college to pursue Political Science and in particular I plan to try and go to McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario following, that I hope to get a law degree. I suffer from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

I first got involved in politics after taking a High School History Class in late 2003 after I decided to learn more on my own time. I eventually got into politics and learned quickly a lot of the issues surrounding the 2004 U.S. Presidential Election. I was a Howard Dean supporter for the Democratic Party despite the fact I live in Canada, I hold Dual Citzenship.

I continuously post on the 80soft forum boards. I am a staunch opponent of social conservatism, I believe it is "scary and frightening that a group of people like this try to force religion on us". I am a member of the Federal Liberal Party of Canada as well as a member of the Ontario Liberal Party. Unlike most my age, I cannot be pegged ideologically, I hold conservative views on fiscal policy and I am very liberal on social issues except abortion which I believe personally is morally wrong, however I believe that a woman's right to choose must be allowed as I fear that back alley abortions will happen unless a woman's right to choose is upheld, I also strongly and staunchly support same-sex marriage.
