Maybe we can give this guy an H1B visa with the promise of permanent residency if he can study how chicken cell embryos got into certain politicians' brains. Bonus bucks if he can reverse engineer it.

This helps resolve some "nature/nurture" issues. More things are "nature" than was once admitted back in the 70s when practially everything was construed to be nurture.
