I'd say that if the only reason for her to report wrong doing was out of revenge, then she has even fewer morals than Scanlon.

Yep, and she was apparently prepared to marry the guy and personally benefit from what she knew to be corruption. She must have some sort of immunity deal going, because she's obviously as corrupt as the guy she dropped a dime on. Funny how a woman will destroy herself and anyone else standing in the way to get her revenge.
