No, the main thing is the ability to get people to believe tall tales about raising people from the dead and healings (never reliably documented, of course), and the ability to twist the Scriptures to prove that if you send Paul, Jan, and Benny $1,000.00, God HAS to send you $100,000.00 (the hundredfold return). Furthermore, if God doesn't send you the money, then it's your fault because of sin, lack of faith, or some such reason. In other words, you have to be a very good and shameless con artist.
