I have said all along that second hand smoke was a BS issue.
It doesn't matter. This effort by the Smoke Gnatzies has taken on it's own life, even sucking in Conservatives and personal choices are declining when it comes to business owners deciding for themselves.
Like I've said before, as the left keeps curtailing choices, soon the only choice left will be to slaughter your unborn!

When the professional anti-smokers found out that their war on the smokers didn't work, they then went to the general non-smoking public, telling them that our smoke was killing them!
Can you imagine anyone believing that bunk? Hundreds of years people breath in second hand smoke. And just now it's a killer? heh!
I've actually seen it provoke Asthma attacks. Outside of that, the discared butts everywhere you look are probably the only real non-smoker societal effect.
I see at least 2 flicked out the window at stoplight daily. Never seen 2 soda cans causally flicked out the window daily, but perhaps it happens.
Second hand smoke is a total sham. Some don't want the smell on their clothes and in their houses and cars. That's all it is.
