A few years back, I read the court transcript where the president of the company that had issued the calling card was testifying. He said that some of the calling records were missing because **the switch crashed several times per day**!
ROFL.
Humor aside, it is shocking how quickly some business execs fall all over themselves to anyone with a gun and a badge. Yet why should we not be surprised when these firms rely on good relations with government regulators for approval of this and that filing and or rate request?
I was more intrigued by the "Liberty Lobby" company not being notified at all that their entire customer database was being monitored.
