This judge needs to be throw off the bench. This is outrageous. My heart goes out to that poor girl who will have to live in fear every day because this monster is out on the streets. 15 days in prison for every year he raped her. Horrible.

Irresponsibility like this is why mandatory minimum sentencing law are passed. If judges cannot handle their power responsibly, then power and discretion should be removed from them.
