Looks like RATs are on the AQ payroll, judging by their efforts to undermine US President, security, with all the vicious attacks and MSM support.
God save us from another successful AQ "adventure".
Vote the bastRATs out into oblivion!!!

I don't get it. If this were all true, President Bush would simply have gone in front of the American people and cited the same evidence. Case closed.

This or similar articles have been posted a billion times, discussed ad nauseam, and debunked as ridiculous nonsense.

Boy a lot of people hope it's true though.

I have a unique background. I hold a Ph.D. in philosophy from Drew University and I am a seasoned and award-winning journalist

When this man's first words are an "appeal to authority," I grew suspicious. Why not just let the "facts" speak for themselves, rather than requiring me to "just believe" him because of his being smarter than me?

This article is not compelling in proving that terrorists possess nukes. However, if they do and they set one off in the USA, I hope we have a President that will have the backbone to do what has to be done to defeat the enemy.

Award winning journalist was as far as I needed to read. I knew the rest would be undocumented and completely fabricated. It is so easy to take well known facts and then spin a fabulous story that connects them all together. That's why journalists receive awards.

This could never happen. Everybody knows Bush sealed the border after 9-11 to prevent anything like this from happening.

"More importantly, there is empirical proof that al Qaeda possesses nukes. In 2000, British agents posed as recruits from a London mosque to infiltrate al-Qaeda training camps in Afghanistan . In Herat , they saw nuclear weapons being manufactured."

My own sense is that the article is filled with alot of speculation and unsubstantiated, undocumented and unverifiable "facts" that need to be questioned.

The quote above is just one example. Knowing what we know about the requirements for manufacturing nukes, there is no way such a high-tech and dominant facility was established in an "Al Queda training camp", in Herat or anywhere else.

"President Bush"

There are different levels of proof. There is proof enough to make a case, their is proof enough to convince a jury. This author is making a case. President Bush needs enough evidence to convince the jury.
