He certainly wasn't suspended for the speeding ticket. But college towns have these kind of traps all the time. There's a road in Highland Park, NJ (near Rutgers) that is 4 lanes of straight road with a 25 limit.
No doubt Vick isn't the only one to get a ticket there, but 13 mph over is not petty, even if it is a trap.
