It's his right to declare for the NFL draft, if he so desires. He should know that if he declares and goes undrafted, he loses all eligibility to return to playing in college.Having said that, where do you get the right to question his, or anyone else's desires? It's up to the NFL teams if one of them wishes to draft him, even if he is a nitwit.
