Worse, his comments have since been proven completely wrong since the majority of people who "remained" in New Orleans before, during and after Hurricane Katrina had cars and possibilities to leave but remained out of intentional choice. They CHOSE to remain, disagreed as to leaving, didn't want to, chose not to ...

Kennedy is lying out of convenience or he's completely out of his mind and saying anything he can. I think it's the latter.
