like it or not you have to play by the law When our Government follows the Constitution to a T, then I will play by their law to a T. Until then, I might do things I don't want certain people to know about.

I am not a saint, I will freely admit I break the law every single day. I drive fast. I know I do. I have also recieved speeding tickets at various times in my life. I paid the fine and I paid the extra insurance -- those are the consequences of my actions.
And that is my whole point here - the law is there, whether it is right, fair, constitutional, etc etc etc. Until a court grows some balls and brings this country back to the constitution the laws are there and we have to follow them. If we break that law we pay the price.
I feel for these kids, they are probably good kids and didn't think anything of what they were doing. Unfortunately they got caught and now have to suffer the consequences.

commish:
Get the law declared unconstitutional or removed -- until then that is the law and like it or not you have to play by the law.

No Commish, we do not have to play by 'unconstitutional laws'. They are void when written.
As Judge Alito is trying to say right now, -- and as Justice Marshall said in the 1803 Marbury decision:
"-- Thus, the particular phraseology of the constitution of the United States confirms and strengthens the principle, supposed to be essential to all written constitutions, that a law repugnant to the constitution is void; and that courts, as well as other departments, are bound by that instrument. --"
