You would have to ask the two largest groups in the government, Friends of Israel and Friends of U.S.A.
When you are done being outfoxed, maybe you'll notice that 90% of all government officials, and all but two ministers are members of these groups.
But if they are fat, I would advice them to take the stairs. if not, they just have to make sure they've paid their government escalator taxes.
