Hasn't this guy said repeatedly that he did nothing wrong? And now he is going to quit as chairman of a committee?

There was a segment on him on Fox News this morning. It showed him going around talking to Republican groups in his district. What he was saying was pathetic. Stuff like the old "a man is presumed innocent" and all that jazz. Sounded like the honor graduate at the Clinton School of Vocabulary. If you did the crime, admit it, take your punishment and get on with your life.
